Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Social Science or equivalent related subjects but Master's degree will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The jobholder will perform the following responsibilities in accordance with the CAMPE, MJF & PASS policies and the departmental procedures:
∎ Formation of various groups/committee in the community;
∎ Selecting beneficiaries through consultation with respective community Member;
∎ Conducting meeting, orientation and training at community level;
∎ Providing all kinds of technical support to the respective beneficiaries as per their requirement.
∎ Support in organizing capacity building training for community, Management Committee and others sub committees at community level.
∎ Support to organize (a) Meeting with local government official at union level; (b) Meeting with committee members; (c) Meeting with teacher, SMC Member, PTA & Health Service providers; (c) All other program meeting and activities at Union level/ community level.
∎ Maintain weekly and monthly implementation plan and reporting.
∎ Jointly work with the Community Watch Group (CWG) and local government official for smooth implementation of project activities.
∎ Implement the activities as per Project Activity Plan (PIP)
∎ Participate in different community/Union level program;
∎ Assist to Finance & Logistic Officer and Project Coordinator in identification and distribution of Logistic support to different project activities.
∎ Keeping coordination with all service providers.
∎ Join in staff meeting, project coordination meeting at Head office or on call
∎ Assist in supply and use of Materials for CWG.
∎ Keeping proper process documentation.
∎ Need to spend 80 - 90% time at field level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age & Experience may be relaxed in case of suitable candidates.
∎ At least 2 year(s) professional experience in education or health sector activities at community level;
∎ Should have experience in community mobilization, communication, liaison and collaborating with the LGIs/GO/NGO officials; report preparation at the different stage of the project;
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Willing to stay at Union level.
∎ Good understanding about rural community, its dynamics, power structure and development issues; sensitive to the needs and conditions of women and children.
∎ Skilled female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Working experience with excluded group of Bangladesh would be an added advantage.
∎ Willing to use Motorcycle and have valid driving license
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable in case of more knowledgeable & experienced candidates
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Other benefits may be admissible as per rules of the organization and project budget.
