Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experiences in the relevant field. Experience of working on Child Rights based approaches, rights based approach, local governance and partnership management.
∎ Prior experience of working with local governance actors is desirable.
∎ Experience of working on Child Rights based approaches, rights based approach, local governance and partnership management.
∎ Ability to ensure coordination of project activities and effective communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation of the project and also able to contribute to the preparation of workshops, seminars, conferences and other public events.
∎ Experience of supervising and monitoring the data collectors and tracking their progress, managing their activities and maintaining communication with them.
∎ Assist supervisor in local and national advocacy and influencing programmes and campaigns
