Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Mass Communication, Social Science, Development Studies, or any relevant subject from any recognized university. Education qualification would be relaxations against the working experience with Host Community & Rohingya community

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ BITA is looking a suitable candidate for the project staffs of the program titled "Strengthening and expanding household and community mechanisms to support the wellbeing and resilience of vulnerable populations affected by Rohingya Crisis and COVID-19"Project funded by Save the Children Korea for Host & Rohingya community at Sadar Upazila, Teknaf Upazila and Ukhiya Upazila in Cox`s Bazar District.
∎ Job Location: Cox`s Bazar Sadar, Ukhiya & Teknaf

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years experiences of project operation management.
∎ Direct working experience with Rohingya Community based project implementation.
∎ Training capacity of community based organizations, micro level training & community communication.
∎ Experiences of cash & kind distribution with in community.
∎ Direct working experience with Rohingya Community development program
∎ Strong It skills, including MS ward, Excel, power point etc

Salary:
∎ Salary: BDT= 54,167/=Only, (all inclusive with bonus)
