Experience:

The Project Officer-Administration, Finance, and Logistics will support the Project by ensuring efficient coordination with finance, logistics, and procurement departments. This role is pivotal in managing administrative functions, procurement activities, and logistics, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards.
Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure comprehensive support to field operations.
Assist with day-to-day administrative functions and meet logistics requirements for the sector.
Administrative and Contract Management:
Manage administrative and logistics-related contracts for purchasing goods and services.
Oversee supplies and stock management for the project.
Budgeting and Financial Support:
Assist in preparing the admin and logistics-related budget.
Support financial operations, ensuring proper process and compliance in bill voucher and IOU payments.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets.
Visitor and Event/Workshop Coordination:
Coordinate and support for arranging visits to camps and host communities for visitors.
Coordinate transportation and accommodation for guests and delegates with relevant internal authorities.
Organize and coordinate workshops and meetings for the project.
Procurement and Compliance:
Ensure project procurement and purchase requisition activities are conducted in coordination with the procurement sector.
Maintain compliance with organizational standards throughout procurement processes.
Data Management and Reporting:
Develop, maintain, and update sector databases.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential sector documents.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as required.
Working Conditions:
The position may require travel to project sites and field locations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
