∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Construction, Corporate Marketing, Government project, Public tendering, Relationship Marketing, Tender bidding, Tender marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Technical Infrastructure

Job Context:
∎ An exciting opportunity has arisen for a business development candidate /construction salesperson to join a vibrant construction company- Onus Construction.
∎ Our team have vast experience in the construction background and we are pursuing large scale government projects.
∎ The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a confident and outgoing personality.
∎ The role will be to development new business and grow current relationships as well as looking after the general company promotional tools.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication skill to established good liaison with government, NGO and Private organisation.
∎ Skill on TENDER documents preparation and submission.
∎ Knowledge on Economic Relations Division (ERD) to facilitate Government to Government (G2G) projects.
∎ Engineering background knowledge will be given preference.
∎ Proficient English Reading and Writing Skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have good understanding of Funding mechanisms of Government Projects
∎ Have the ability to go and push documents in various government offices
∎ Be ready to travel on a regular basis within Dhaka and Outside.
