Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Master’s in social science/development studies or other relevant field from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Good comunication skill, Good documentation, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Report Writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of the action plans of the project.
∎ Maintain regular communication with the project coordinator.
∎ Prepare and actively use project work plans to track progress against milestones.
∎ Participate and facilitate field team meetings and trainings.
∎ Extensive field visit for ensuring quality of the program
∎ Supervise Area Coordinators, other field level staff and manage day-to-day issues
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the project director to achieve the project objective
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven ability to coordinate and manage complex research project work
∎ Experience in implementing and managing research project
∎ Experience in program planning, design, follow-up, report writing, monitoring and evaluation of the projects
∎ Experience in working with various partners, working closely with national experts to implement research project activities
∎ Excellent leadership capacity to coordinate field staff and update reporting of the program
∎ Excellent skill in verbal and written communications in English
∎ Strong network and interpersonal skill
∎ Skill in report writing and knowledge in developing field level strategies/plan
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver results
∎ Knowledge of computer Applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power-Point, Outlook etc).
∎ Experience in project coordination with a good exposure to work at the community level. Priorities will be given who has previous work experience in snake bite/similar condition project coordination activity.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
