∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily operation with challenging KPI target.
∎ Lead multiple centres with professional aptitude.
∎ Handle supplier efficiently & professionally by maintaining company interest.
∎ Periodic meeting with all centre managers to ensure effective branch management.
∎ Good knowledge & skill in financial matters as well as inventory management.
∎ Create an enthusiastic working environment within team.
∎ Periodic report preparation for management.
∎ Identify area of improvement in business processes.
∎ Handle critical customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in Customer Service alongwith at least 3 years in managerial role.
∎ Experience in Service centre / branch operation, face to face customer interaction, inventory management and Financial operation.
∎ Flexible to work extended hour and regular field visit.

Salary: Negotiable
