Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Marketing and Sales of electrical products such as Transformer, HT/LT switchgear and Complete Turnkey Project. in Utility segment.
∎ The successful candidate will actively work with our Project sales team and establish the market share of the relevant business in line with organizational objective.·
∎ Planning and implementation of business and market strategy for assigned business/products.·
∎ Make necessary Tender documents and participate.
∎ Monitor customer preference to determine the focus of marketing & sales efforts.·
∎ Prepare yearly budget for board approval and prudently manage organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to company's rules and regulations.·
∎ To ensure that the organization's mission, Vision, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.·
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
∎ We are looking for hiring experienced Project Sales Manager, who have worked in Utility Power Sector such as PDB, DPDC, REB, DESA, DESCO with Transformer, HT/LT switchgear and Complete Trunkey Projects. Candidates with such expertise are highly encouraged to apply. ·
