∎ Summary:
∎ The Project Manager will Plan, coordinate and oversee project activities inside the Rohingya camp and for the host community in Teknaf, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ The position is assigned to Pathfinder`s Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Rohingya in Camps and HostCommunities in Cox`sBazar. The project started on 1st August 2020. The project aims to improve sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of Rohingya women and girls and host community in Teknaf Upazila of Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Job Outcomes:

∎ Implementation of Project Activities: As focal person of the project ensures timely and proper implantation of the project activities.
∎ Project Activity Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor all the relevant project activities. Prepares monthly and quarterly reports of all activities.
∎ Community Relations: Liaises with community teams for cross cutting issues and to ensure integration. Collaborates and networks with key stakeholders closely with selected teams to promote all the activities at facility and community level.
∎ Reports: Ensures linkage with MEL for compilation of data from the project sites and monthly service statistics data from DHIS
∎ Shift Supervision: Supervises support staff in selected facilities according to schedules.
∎ Training and Development Delivery and Coordination: Train others on topics specific to assigned programs. Coordinates On-the-Job (OJT) training communities
∎ Coordination with GOB counterpart: Ensures coordinated effort in implementing project activities with the MoHFW counterpart.
∎ Project Management and Participation: Leads, manages or participates in cross-functional project teams.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years' experience in reproductive health and family planning
∎ Prefer: 5 years' programmatic experience in field offices under any international donor project or in any NGO/INGO
∎ Minimally Required Job-Specific Competencies:
∎ SRHR knowledge: Commendable knowledge on sexual and reproductive health and family planning, particularly in the areas of Menstrual Regulation, MR-FP , Post Abortion Care, PAC-FP, adolescent and youth friendly SRHR services and Gender Based Violence.
∎ Technical Support: Advanced knowledge of the program management and the scope and quality service delivery. Proven ability to provide guidance to key stakeholders. Proven ability to identify service delivery gaps and train and mentor for strengthening.
∎ Public Health System: Foundation knowledge about public health system
∎ Community Relationship: Advanced skills in facilitating working relationships between government official and community.
∎ Train the Trainer: Advanced skills in training others to train
∎ Shift Supervision: Ability to schedule and supervise support staff.
∎ Project Planning and Management: Advanced skills in project planning, coordination, monitoring and management
∎ Inventory Management: Ability to follow guidelines for inventory management for supplies.
∎ Basic understanding of FDMN context in terms of SRHR issues in Cox'sbazar
∎ Minimally Required Organizational Competencies:
∎ Software Applications: Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
∎ Languages: Proven ability to write and speak using Bangla and English language.
∎ Communication: Advanced oral and written communication skills, Ability to prepare and write reports.
∎ Multi-tasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time and work cooperatively with multiple partners.
∎ Self-Management and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as a member of the team, ability to thrive in a matrix organization, ability to be detailed-oriented, and ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment
∎ Other Information:
