∎ Shall have experience on proposal writing and budgeting, monitoring and reporting, finance management including MIS and risk management as well as safeguarding, donors' compliances etc.
∎ Shall have valid motorcycle driving license.

∎ Should have sound knowledge on finance management, internal control mechanism, procurement procedure and donors' compliance issues.
∎ Should provide necessary support to Agriculture Facilitators to implement project goal and objectives properly.
∎ She/He will maintain good working environment relationship and communication between central and field offices.
∎ Regular field monitor to ensure program quality and build relationship with all level's beneficiaries, GO and NGO stakeholders.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among the team members.
∎ She/He will have to spend at least 50% time of his/her working hours at field.
∎ Job Context
∎ PARI Development Trust is a national NGO registered with NGOAB working in greater Mymensingh. PARI is implementing community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, food Security livelihood, agriculture and child rights program in several Upazilas of Mymensingh, Netrokona, Sunamganj, Jamalpur, Sherpur and Tangail districts. PARI is implementing a 3 years' period project named "Rupantor Agriculture Development Project Phase -2” from 1st July. 2023 to 30th June 2026. This project focuses on engaging marginal male and female farmers with agricultural activities using sustainable agriculture methods to meet their basic needs and nutrition as well as increase production, income and agro-based income generating activities for the well-being of their family and community and thus transform their lives as a long-term impact in Kalmakanda upazila under Netrakona District.
∎ The project seeks a contractual Project Manager (PM) to manage the project and drive to achieve the expected results through effective management and implementation of the program activities.
∎ Job Responsibilities
