Job Context:
∎ The acronym OPCA stands for `Organization for the Poor Community Advancement`. OPCA is a local voluntary, non-profitable, non-political Bangladeshi Organization. It is registered under MRA, NGO Bureau, Social Welfare and Youth Development. Since 1992, OPCA is working with on development sector, for lasting solution and entitlement of poor community, WASH, GBV, SRH, Skill Development Program, Health, Agriculture, Disabilities and Mirsarai Autism Center. It is funded by PKSF, Anukul Foundation, Brac/SDC, DRRA/Netherlands, Care Bangladesh, Care/UNICEF

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall implementation responsibilities of SRH and WASH activities of project
∎ Ensure management support towards maximum coverage of services in Health Post, Outreach & WASH in regards to fill the target of beneficiaries
∎ Coordination with CiC, Majhi, SMSD and other health actors
∎ Liaison with other health facilities (Health post (HP), Primary Health Care (PHC)) and WASH facilities or actors
∎ Ensure the quality treatment in HP, initiative to quality outreach services and quality WASH activities implementation
∎ Supervise all staff members of project as well as ensure quality of different activities of project
∎ Ensure the work plan of medical team as well as support staffs/community volunteers
∎ Ensure the duty roster and work distribution among the service providers of isolation center
∎ Ensure management of HP & outreach's supply chain and initiative to maintain logistics
∎ Identify the needs and gaps of medical services and way forward
∎ Conflict management among the staffs
∎ Maintain the Vehicle and ambulance
∎ Prepare monthly detail implementation plan and ensure its implementation
∎ Close monitoring, supervision of all relevant activities of project
∎ Supervision the all staff and initiative to their capacity building
∎ Management of all supplied logistics/materials/items and ensure the proper use of these
∎ Ensure the quality works in every stage in project
∎ Service Data compilation with relevant staffs of project and analyze towards management of OPCA & CARE
∎ Maintain the weekly/monthly monitoring checklist and prepare the monitoring report
∎ Ensure infection prevention and control (IPC) monitoring checklist
∎ Ensure record-keeping in HP & Outreach as well as screening checklist and registers
∎ Make sure regular reports sending to CARE
∎ Present in coordination meetings at Camp, Upazila health complex and UNO office
∎ Coordinate with other responders (site management, WASH, Shelter, GBV, Protection etc.) to ensure a multi-sector approach to SRH
∎ Make sure performance of organizers/volunteers and further development
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Project Management authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 5-7 years practical work experience working with vulnerable communities in the field as a part of Project Management, budget management of Health, SRH, clinic management, WASH, hygiene or public health.
∎ Project implementation, staff management, Supervision and conflict management
∎ Familiarity with key health and hygiene issues and hygiene promotion/education activities in camp and/or non-camp settings.
∎ Proven experience in community mobilization, training and /or teaching.
∎ Deep understanding of age, gender and diversity issues with regard.
∎ Knowledge of minimum Health, SRH, WASH standards (e.g. Sphere).
∎ Proficiency in using computer software e. g MS office and internet.
∎ Monthly /Quarterly and other narrative reporting within cutoff date
∎ Communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bangla.
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Budget management, detail implementation plan and report writing skills
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 77000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: 77000 ( As Per Budget)
