• Age 30 to 45 years

• Should have good computer knowledge over ERP Software, MS word, MS Excel & other related office programs.
• Having good communication skill in both English and Bengali.  
• Able to work under pressure and can meet the challenges.

Leadership and Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including technologists, support staff, and administrative personnel.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure the center operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor and improve service delivery.

Patient Care and Satisfaction

• Uphold the highest standards of patient care and service excellence.
• Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

Financial Management

• Oversee the center`s budget and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Technology and Equipment Management

• Ensure the center is equipped with the latest diagnostic technology and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.

Health and Safety

• Enforce health and safety protocols to protect staff and patients.
• Conduct regular safety training and drills.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
