• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and SDLC.

• Experience managing enterprise-level cybersecurity or cloud-native solution deployments.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity and DevSecOps projects. You will work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and client teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. The role also requires the ability to create clear roadmaps and effectively lead teams to follow the defined direction and achieve project goals. Additionally, you will play a management role by acting as a bridge between senior management and employees, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for DevSecOps and cybersecurity solution deployments.

• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to smoothly transition projects from proposal to execution.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Create clear project roadmaps and ensure teams align with and follow the defined direction.

• Act as a bridge between senior management and employees, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and overall client engagement.

• Track project progress using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, QA, support) and external vendors for smooth execution.

• Monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery.

• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
