∎ At least 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in educational, IT, or training sectors.
∎ Practical freelancing knowledge with Up work, Fiverr, Freelancer
∎ Understanding of web development, graphics design, and digital marketing
∎ Excellent team leadership, organizational and communication skills and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Google workspace, and knowledge of project management tools.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English.
∎ Preferred skills (Bonus Points)
∎ Hands on freelancing experience
∎ Previous experience managing a training center
∎ Knowledge of IT and digital freelancing trends
∎ Digital marketing expertise
∎ Reporting and documentation skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee all enter operation’s
∎ Develop and implement project plans and schedules
∎ Mentor students and trainers on freelancing platforms
∎ Update course content based on market trends
∎ Foster strong student engagement and performance tracking
∎ Build partnerships with industry and freelancing platforms and support in market linkage
∎ Monitor, evaluate and report project KPI’s monthly
∎ Support marketing and community engagement activities.
∎ Manage daily activities, classes, and training programs.
∎ Monitor project outcomes, student progress, and prepare reports.
∎ Prepare regular progress reports and share them with senior leadership.
∎ Reporting to: Assistant Director

Now we are introducing a Freelancing Skills Development Center under Amal Foundation based in Bogura, Bangladesh. Our mission is to empower youth by equipping them with digital skills and guiding them towards successful freelancing carriers. We will offer specialized training in Web development, Graphics design and Digital Marketing.
∎ Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable and self-motivated project manager who not only has project management expertise but also deep practical knowledge of freelancing industry in Bangladesh, particularly in web development, graphic design and digital marketing.
∎ Key Responsibilities:

Though its prime focus is health, it has worked in different sectors for making those unfortunate people’s lives better. It has run educational projects, new cloth distribution projects, relief distribution for flood affected people etc. For example- it has successfully finished relief distribution program in Sonpocha Chor, Sariakandi a few days earlier. This program helped nearly 2000 people with food, cloth, medicine, health checkup etc.We have recently setup our community clinic at shonpocha char. The very 1st clinic over there.

AMAL Regularly organize health camp with free medical and dental checkup with medicines, vaccines and vitamins to children.Along with that basic treatment/check ups to the lpocals distressed people.
AMAL: Health Camp in Slums
AMAL Knows the conditions of hygines in slums and to facilate necessary medicines to protect people from diseases. AMAL is working in Rayer Bazar Slum, Dhanmondi regularly and give free medical treatment to children and women.
