• Provide overall project organizational structure and execution planning.
• Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve project-level issues.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure contractor compliance with the approved construction programme.
• Supervise  and  inspect  construction  works  to  ensure  adherence  to  design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety requirements on site in line with project standards.
• Conduct site inspections and approve works completed on-site, including material delivery and installations.
• Monitor contractor submissions for shop drawings, material submittals, and inspection requests.
• Verify non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure contractors take corrective actions.Identify, document, and mitigate risks impacting quality, cost, and schedule. 
• Coordinate and supervise all testing and commissioning activities.
• Perform quality control inspections and approve benchmarks for construction works.Identify, document, and mitigate risks impacting quality, cost, and schedule.
• Oversee adjudication of claims and variations with Client approvals.
• Expedite project closeout activities, including defect rectifications and vetting of Taking Over Certificates & Performance Certificates.
