Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Underguate from IBA (DU). (Only undergraduate students of IBA – DU are eligible for apply)

• 1 to 2 years

• Minimum of 1.5-2 years of project management experience, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Budgeting and financial oversight experience.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of wellness practices and holistic health (preferred but not required).
• Ability to drive motorcycle. (Preferable)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, marketing, wellness practitioners, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork among all stakeholders.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity and cost efficiency.
• Monitor progress against the project timeline, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and risks.
• Identify potential risks or roadblocks in the project lifecycle and develop solutions to mitigate them.
• Quickly address and resolve issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all projects meet Anondo Wellness Center’s quality standards and operational requirements.
• Evaluate completed projects for areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics and manage project timelines for wellness events, workshops, retreats, and other special programs.

Job Location: Dhaka ( But frequently site visit as per need)
