Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project: Natural Resource Management (NRM), Funded by WFP
∎ Type of contract: Fixed term contract
∎ Duration of Contract: Up to 31 January 2026 (if not extended)
∎ The Project Manager for the Natural Resource Management (NRM) project will oversee the implementation and management of NRM activities within the Rohingya Camp. This includes coordinating with key stakeholders such as local authorities, community leaders, and humanitarian partners to ensure smooth project execution. The role will also involve managing project staff, ensuring that resources are used effectively, and promoting environmental sustainability within the camp. The Project Manager will be required to work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the project objectives are achieved in alignment with the goals set by the World Food Programme (WFP). Also, the Project Manager must understand project management principles and have experience managing Cash for Work activities, ensuring these interventions are integrated effectively into the overall project plan.
