∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Development Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Statistics, Masters in Information Systems Security (MISS) in Management Information System
∎ Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
∎ Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
∎ Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
∎ Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
∎ Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members.
∎ Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
∎ Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
∎ Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
∎ Conduct regular project evaluations and post-project reviews.
∎ Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
∎ Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as necessary.
∎ Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
∎ Manage stakeholder expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
