Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree or bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in skill development training and or awareness related project implementation.
∎ Proficiency in reading, writing, and listening in English and Bangla.
∎ Experienced in financial management of project including budgeting.
∎ Ability to deliver training and motivate others.
∎ Experienced in project progress report preparation in English.
∎ Basic computer operation skill including MS Office package and email communication.
∎ Willingness to be involved in any level of implementation activities.
∎ Good communication, facilitation and presentation skill.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1.5
∎ TA/DA as per project budget
