Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduation in Gender, Psychology, Sociology, Social work, or any other relevant discipline from any government recognized organization. Masters’ degree in relevant field is highly appreciable

• At least 5 years

• Experience on implementing or leading Sexual and reproductive health and/or Gender/Child Protection focused projects in emergency

• Experience on working with internally displaced people will get preference.

• 5 years’ experience in NGO/INGO setting (experience with only evidence and relevance will count).

• Experience on project proposal writing and FD-6, FD-7, FC-1 as per organization need.

Good Neighbors (1991) is an international humanitarian, development and non-governmental organization with membership in General Consultative Status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Winner of MDG 2 award 2007 and UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development 2024, Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 1 Project with Specific Program (PSP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and Rohingya emergency response activities.
