Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably M.Ed from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project implementation plan and detailed budget;
∎ Recruitment and training of Staff;
∎ Supervision and management of staffs;
∎ Monitoring and feedback on the project performance;
∎ Reporting and documentation;
∎ Monitoring of budget and accounts;
∎ Liaison and coordination with Government and NGO Stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s) working experience in similar responsible position in different NGOs:
∎ Experience in Formal or non formal Education sector is essential;
∎ Experience working with Government officials at district and Upazila level;
∎ Experience in training of teachers and workers will be given preference.
∎ Skills:
∎ Project planning and management
∎ Staff Management.
∎ Training and capacity building
∎ Report writing;
∎ Communication and presentation on computer.

With this aim, RDRS enables those who participate in its programme to gain the necessary skills, understanding, confidence, institutions and services; and ensure that the rural communities have the necessary economic, social and environmental resources. RDRS employees approximate 3,000 staff and works with a further approximately 3,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
