Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition
∎ Supervise surveying building layout.
∎ Supervise all rebar works and formwork before pouring concrete, as per the drawing, etc, and other construction works.
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ Able to guide subcontractors with the daily work programs.
∎ Able to supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Supervise all project activities and control the wastage of materials.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in quality control, safety security and project management system of high rise building having multiple basement.
∎ Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specification.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality, stock-control.
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong team players skills
∎ Ensuring proper utilization's of capital goods, machinery etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Building Construction, Civil Construction works, Construction Estimation, Site Management
∎ Able to ensure Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
