Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any recognized university

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from public universities such as BUET, DUET, CUET, KUET, RUET will get preferences.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Brick

• Age 32 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Candidate must have knowledge about Structural Design

• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and testing procedures

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and documentation abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Visiting sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space.

• Proficient knowledge of interior finish materials and fittings/fixings, including flooring, wall treatments, and ceiling systems.

• In-depth understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) analysis, and cost estimation for construction projects.

• Punctual in adhering to project time schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Strong ability to coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and structural requirements.

• Must understand the buildings rules & Regulations.

• Evaluate performance of the contractors & recommend to the higher authority to engage proper contractors for the construction works and monitor their performance for future engagement/employments.

• Arrange testing of materials from recognized Universities/Institutions for confirming with the required quality.

• Skilled in managing project resources and logistics to ensure optimal workflow and material availability.

• Client approval both on design & selection.

• Project tracking & quality control during the execution time.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen challenges and ensure project continuity without delays.

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Conduct site visits to ensure work quality, resolve issues, and enforce quality control.

• Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with design, codes, and safety standards.

• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely execution.

• Manage project documentation and provide regular progress reports to management.

• Serve as liaison with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols on-site.
