Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations according to the law.
Prepare and Analysis of BOM.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Collaborate to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.
Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations.
