• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations according to the law.

• Prepare and Analysis of BOM.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Collaborate to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.

• Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.

• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations.
