Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS), preferably with Master Degree in public health (MPH)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years' experience in the field of maternal, new born and child health programs including 3 years in management position
∎ Extensive experience on leading and managing large scale public health program, in particular working experience with senior level policy makers and donors on health program planning is essential.
∎ S/he must have the competency to strategic coordination and collaboration with MOH&FW, UN agencies, NGOs, Institutions and Development partners involved in maternal, new born and child health programs.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge on maternal, new born and child health programming and good understanding of national policies/strategies/programs.
∎ Excellent skills program leading skills, in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation setting program strategies, developing implementation guidelines, advocacy and budgeting.
