Job Context:
∎ Women with DisabilitiesDevelopment Foundation (WDDF), a national level Women with Disabilities right based and Women with Disabilities led disabled people`s organization is looking for efficient, energetic and dynamic individual to fill the role of ProjectCoordinator in the organization.
∎ Job type : Contractual ,Eligible candidate with disability will get priority.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Implementation
∎ Coordinate Program start up activities including inception meetings, recruitment, procurement plan and local authority's permissions.
∎ Ensure capacity building of Program team for quality Program implementation on violence against Women with Disabilities and violence related issues.
∎ Monitor the Program beneficiaries selection process to ensure impartiality in identification of Women with Disabilities within the Program coverage areas.
∎ Monitor formation of self-help Groups of all types of Women with Disabilities and ensure inclusion of indigenous,transgender with Disabilities.
∎ Support the development and adaption of context specific IEC materials for training and capacity building of Program staff and beneficiaries.
∎ Collecting violence related news, information, Govt. /Court orders, policy statements, policy guidelines.
∎ Support Program team to ensure quality programs on violence against Women with Disabilities with local participants, Government, administration, legal aid organizations, media and law implementing agencies.
∎ Prepare program related documents including concept notes and program budget
∎ Monitor program staffs, programs and provideprogram guidance and maintain frequent communications with program partners.
∎ Analyze the troubleshoot program challenges.
∎ Prepare issue based and time required letters/statements to GOs, NGOs and media and circulate.
∎ Plan and execute program activities in timely and accurate manner.
∎ Conduct program reviews and prepare monthly, quarterly, event based and yearly program reports in English and Bengalifor management.
∎ Prepare meeting agenda, organize meeting and distribute minutes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3 years working experience in human and women/disability rights based NGOs.
∎ Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
∎ Grant program management and event coordination.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate various responsibilities and prioritize conflicting demands and deadlines.
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,Internet and PowerPoint.
∎ High proficiency in English and Bengali, both spoken and written and good communication skills.
∎ Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to communicate with Children and Older persons with and without Disabilities with sincerity, patience, sensitivity and politeness.
∎ Ability to communicate in public environment effectively.
∎ High proficiency in English and Bengali, both spoken and written and good communication skills.
∎ Should be able to travel different districts to monitor and conduct programs.

WDDF started to work for building leadership among grassroots Women with Disabilities for their empowerment from 2013.
