Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline but in social science will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership to program and project implementation areas of UTSA.
∎ Provide useful program insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy, and provide guidance and analysis to execute and improve results.
∎ Regular Liaison with DCA Bangladesh officials' and other agencies.
∎ Organize monthly coordination meeting of the project
∎ Oversee all project planning, management and motivate the project team.
∎ Monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with accounts team,
∎ Coordinate intervention development, implementation and management under the project in Chattogram City Corporation.
∎ Coordinate project activities to achieve project goal and objectives aligning with UTSA mission, visions and objectives and policies.
∎ Ensure monitoring of operations management over the project areas.
∎ Ensuring project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor and UTSA.
∎ Oversee the development and execution of project deliverables including project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.
∎ Submit activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the donor and UTSA financial management.
∎ Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project budgets as well as monthly and quarterly financial reports
∎ Shoot troubles arisen in project problems and implements project activities with creative solutions.
∎ Ensure that all program transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with generally accepted program principles of donors and UTSA
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures that are current best practices related to program and activity implementation.
∎ Coordinate the preparation of program information in the annual report.
∎ Recommend and report upon benchmarks against which to measure organizational program performance.
∎ Assist in production of monitoring reports, annual reports, and forecasts.
∎ Calculate variances from the project plan and report the significant issues to management.
∎ Train and coach program team on day-to-day program management and report to Executive Director.
∎ Supervise/organize on a daily basis the implementation of program activities on the field and report to the line manager.
∎ Support and/or lead basic training and awareness sessions at Field
∎ Follow-up the achievements for assigned activities and report to the line manager.
∎ Ensure monitoring tools are used, filled and followed.
∎ Identify beneficiaries based on relevant selection criteria approved by the Executive Director.
∎ Explain to the beneficiaries the planned activities like Session, DCAs visit, distribution, etc
∎ Participate in data collection and needs assessment surveys at the field level.
∎ Support the program during the selection and distribution of NFI (different types of hygiene kit, waste bin, aqua tabs, handwashing device etc.).
∎ Have and promote good behavior in the field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' work experience in development sector especially in the development
∎ field of PwD's rights and their education.
∎ Excellent command of English and Bangla languages, both written and spoken.
∎ Should have sound Computer knowledge.
Salary:
∎ Gross Salary-BDT 35000.00 per month
