Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject preferable in Fisheries, URP, Management, Economics, MDS

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning, coordination and implementation
∎ Conceptualizing HH resilience building initiatives and support accordingly
∎ Facilitate to develop project approach to implement with field team.
∎ Staff supervision and capacity building of staff, relevant stakeholders and participants
∎ Coordinate and planning of field activities monitoring, evaluation and documentation
∎ Facilitate & coordinate and analyze of HH level alternate IGA and value chain, contribute to effective project implementation
∎ Facilitate for improving ecosystem wellbeing in the Naf river, estuary and coasts
∎ Cooperate for impact assessment of Rohingya influx on Naf river and coastal/marine ecosystem
∎ Host community selection, profiling and gender analysis in Ukhia-Teknaf peninsula
∎ Formation of co-management building blocks, e.g. FMC, CSG and capacity building
∎ Conduct stakeholder analysis for inclusive engagement in FMUs
∎ Formation and capacity building of co-management committees in relevant unions
∎ Develop EAFM in Bay of Bengle, Ukhyia & Teknaf peninsula
∎ Promote advocacy for restoration of responsible fishing activities
∎ Impact assessment of fishing ban and Rohingya influx on the host fishing communities
∎ Coordinate for formation and operation of fishers' women Community Saving Groups (CSGs)
∎ Provide direct livelihood support to the affected fishing HH
∎ Introduce business literacy schools (BLS) for the fishers' women CSGs
∎ Provide market linkage support to host community fisher women
∎ Cooperate to introduce of environment-friendly mariculture practices (for lower trophic level species- sea weed, soft shell crab fattening, green mussel) and hygienic dry fish production for livelihood diversification.
∎ Business development facilitation and coordination with input retailers, traders and other relevant market actors
∎ Establish communication, advocacy networking and linkages with government and other stakeholders
∎ Conduct different survey, meeting, training, workshop and research & study
∎ Develop project detail implementation planning, preparing report and submission and contribute to effective project implementation

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 years field experiences where 2-3 years relevant experiences especially for livelihood projects
∎ Skill in project planning, implementing and budgeting.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Has demonstrated abilities in working with project strategic planning.
∎ Has strong team management skill
∎ Has knowledge on community mobilization activities.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 65000 - 70000 (Monthly)
