∎ Masters in any subject from a reputed University. Academic qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate up to bachelor degree.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating, Planning & monitoring the overall progress of the project activities to achieve the project Objectives & Goal.
∎ Evaluate program effectiveness and Monitor program expenditure ensuring budget allocations are adhere to.
∎ Manage and administer project following organizational policies and guidelines.
∎ Design work plan and manages implementation of project activities.
∎ Ensures project targets are met according to work plan deadlines.
∎ Undertake frequent field visits to project sites to ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance to work plan and technical requirements.
∎ All support to take necessary action to ensure the better performance of project activities.
∎ Improve GBV related service for the most vulnerable by local Govt. authority
∎ Facilitated protection or GBV service system strengthening process by using effective advocacy tools
∎ Ensuring field officer are effectively trained and conducted local level life skill session
∎ Build and maintain relations with community stakeholders and government bodies
∎ Assist technical support to the field officer to implement the activities
∎ Assist field officer so that they understand the concept of the program very well particular the concept on GBV frame work of PRM including it’s approaches.
∎ Closely work with IRC technical team in activity planning, designing, reporting and analysis of program progress
∎ Capacity builds up on field officer and working in team approaches particularly and closely with IRC team.
∎ Ensure timely implementation of training/orientation/meetings.
∎ Plan and implements emergency interventions in beneficiary communities as needed.
∎ Support focal person to manage the activities and finance in line with the organizational system and policy.
∎ Provide high quality and effective capacity building support to staff.
∎ Follow child protection and gender issues among the intervention
∎ Ensuring timely staff appraisal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5 years working experiences in management and project lead position.
∎ Demonstrated capacity in project management with conceptual understanding
∎ Team building capacity
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities
∎ Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Zoom/Skype/Team etc.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
