∎ At least 05 years experiences in NGO and 2years experience in PC position
∎ Demonstrated capacity in project management with conceptual understanding
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Team building capacity
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and will have own laptop
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities
∎ Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
∎ Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
∎ Able to drive a motorcycle with valid driving license
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Share the project overview with staff members including targets, time period and achievement process.
∎ Lead the project team to achieve the target with quality and quantity.Implement project activities following details implementation plan (DIP)/review DIP time to time.
∎ Prepare staff guideline for project.
∎ Support to prepare staff monthly plan and review the progress accordingly.
∎ Organize and conduct project inception meeting at Upazilla and District level.
∎ Support to accomplish the baseline survey through door to door data collection.
∎ Beneficiary selection criteria development and finalize the project participant list.
∎ Finalize the potential profession/trade for the forest dependent families.
∎ Organize and execute the relevant training to them.
∎ Lead to execute different program to become functional the CMC, VCF and others relevant committees.
∎ Liaison and build up relationship with the targeted stakeholders for getting support for proper project implementation at Upazilla and district level.
∎ Lead in different program to motivate the forest dependent families to involve/engage in alternative livelihood development activities.
∎ Establish relationship with the project area’s marketing channels (Backward & Forward), govt. line department and non-government organization.
∎ Participate to monitor the courtyard meeting, group meetings, campaigns for implementing project activities.
∎ Support to conduct/participate in different day observation program at Union and Upazilla level.
∎ Arrange advocacy program to influence for fund, grant and any other support getting from the government, non-government and personnel level.
∎ Supervise UMs to influence and advocacy with local govt. institutions and   relevant govt. department to ensure better targeting and coverage of social safety net for extreme poor
∎ Continue liaison and coordination within project and outside project for achieving the common targets.Guide and monitor the interventions, analysis the progress, and prepare plan to improve the gap areas at project level.
∎ Prepare monthly budget requisition, control the budget and support to prepare financial report as per Shushilan and donor requirement.
∎ Represent project in different forums, seminar, workshops and meetings.Conduct staff appraisal and take Initiatives and actions on building the capacity of project staffs
∎ Maintain regular liaison and communication with higher authority, govt. sectors, NGOs, INGOs, LGIs and other stakeholders.
∎ Facilitate audit, donor visit, consultant for baseline survey, evaluation, audit etc.
∎ Conduct staff meeting, staff coordination meeting and participate other project and organization’s related meeting.
∎ Capture case study, best practices and lesson learn and share with respective personnel.Introduce innovations in project planned interventions with taking concern from supervisor.
∎ Prepare procurement and recruitment plan for the project.
∎ Ensure staff assessment report before project closing.
