Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree or Bachelor ( 4 years) Degree from recognized University on Management , Social Science.

Job Context:
∎ Service Emergency for Rural People (SERP) is going to implement a project titled "Rights and Empowerment for the Advancement of Children`s Wellbeing (REACH) in Thakurgaon sadar upazila funded by a Dutch Organization. The project duration is 3 years. SERP seeks the following competent and experienced development workers in implementing the project.
∎ Job Location-Thakurgaon sadar upazila.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have at least 3 years inclusive and in-depth working experience in child rights and community based child protection mechanism, S/H should have excellent skills in program planning, leading, coordinating, interpersonal communication, presentation, problem solving & decision making, time management, representing, monitoring and supervision, participating in different Government/non-government institutions' meeting/forum and assisting program staff to develop and maintain such linkages with GOB/local government/other agencies and utilize the best of services/facilities.
∎ Key Staff management role, documentation & Donor reporting, self-explanatory in advance proficiency and knowledge on financial & administrative management, skills and capacity of supporting project team members, good communication skill in English language both oral and written, conducting staff appraisal, understanding project planning, M&E and reporting system & able to work under pressure and meets deadline.
∎ Computer skills, willing to drive motor cycle.

Salary:
∎ Salary-Tk. 45,000 (Monthly) and other admissible benefits as per organization and project policy.
