∎ SKILLS: Excellent articulation, presentation and writing skills in English and Bangla with excellent computer literacy including staff handling
∎ Working experience: The candidate should have 10 year working experience in managerial job, budgeting, planning, monitoring, evaluation & donor dealing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitative leadership in promoting Self-Help Groups (SHGs) & leadership to build capabilities of women with their children to participate in decision-making at household, community and macro levels & to lift themselves out of poverty;·
∎ Ensuring the project’s outcomes & contributing to transformational changes at women, adolescent girls and children’s live in the community level;·
∎ Carrying out organizational and project budgets, planning, operational management and reporting;·
∎ Producing all necessary reports e.g. donor reports, quarterly and annual reports etc. to a consistently high quality;·
∎ Negotiating, influencing, and facilitating public and private entities for promoting Adivasis and Dalit leadership role in social cohesion;
∎ Location: SERP head office, Thakurgaon
∎ Reporting to: Director, HR and Admin
