Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree(highly experienced candidates will be considered)

Job Context:
∎ Service Emergency for Rural People (SERP) is going to implement a project titled "Rights and Empowerment for the Advancement of Children`s Wellbeing (REACH) in Thakurgaon sadar upazila funded by a Dutch Organization. The project duration is 3 years. SERP seeks the following competent and experienced development workers in implementing the project.
∎ Job Location-Thakurgaon sadar upazila.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have field based skills and capacity of working with child rights and community based child protection approach, taking initiative for mobilizing and forming women, children and adolescent groups, developing awareness and sensitization on child rights and protection issues among the community members, arranging group based training with follow-up, working with project team members with collaborative approach, conducing community outreach awareness session, developing and preserving field based record and evidence of participants and sessions, communication and liaison with local government institution, upazila based community health clinic, service delivery institutions, rights holders, civil society actors and other relevant actors for smooth support and services of targeted communities as per their requirement, assisting and supporting the targeted communities in ensuring rights and service available from relevant entities, critically thinking of innovative and new ideal to face emerging challenges under the guidance of Project team.

Salary:
∎ Salary-Tk. 20,000 (Monthly) and other admissible benefits as per organization and project policy.
