Job Context:
∎ Service Emergency for Rural People (SERP) is going to implement a project titled "Rights and Empowerment for the Advancement of Children`s Wellbeing (REACH) in Thakurgaon sadar upazila funded by a Dutch Organization. The project duration is 3 years. SERP seeks the following competent and experienced development workers in implementing the project.
∎ Job Location- in Thakurgaon sadar upazila.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly experienced candidates will be considered
∎ The candidate should have at least 3 year working experience in documentation and capitalization of reports of child rights and community based child protection mechanism project. He/she must have skill and capacity of ensuring documentation and capitalization of project reports and communication materials qualitatively within the appropriate time frame, work plan, objectives and approaches, working closely with project team in local level coordination and representation, undertaking regular analysis and assessments of the field, supporting in developing data collection process for monitoring activities and indicators, keeping records of all documents and project implementation process and other tasks assigned by the senior management for ensuring smooth delivery of the project.
Salary:
∎ Salary-Tk. 20,000 (Monthly) and other admissible benefits as per organization and project policy.
