Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree from any reputed University / Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a planning matrix, plan and budget for(Local Rights Program) LRP-52 by conducting (Participatory Review & Reflection Process) PRRP.
∎ Prepare a strategic operational plan of approved activities of (Local Rights Program) LRP-52.
∎ Prepare KPI ofLRP-52 planned activities as well as the self (Key Project Information) KPI.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual activity plans.
∎ Arrange staff coordination and progress meeting.
∎ Monitoring the progress of delivering planned activities of (Local Rights Program) LRP.
∎ Assist to team members to develop the project reports (monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual, etc.) with related evidence like photos, video clips, case stories, attendance sheets, master rolls, event reports etc.
∎ Develop systems to monitor the quality of child messages and photographs consulting with the sponsorship unit of AAB.
∎ Provide feedback and guidance to the staff considering reviewing the progress and field observations for better performance.
∎ Support the team members to mobilize the community people for social movement, advocacy with service providers and other stakeholders.
∎ Facilitate the team members to internalize different conceptual and methodological documents as well as its processes.
∎ Provide accompaniment support to make the team members more confident in order to facilitate different events at the community level.
∎ Conduct needs assessment of the team members and takes initiative to improve the capacity of gaps considering the planning matrix.
∎ Generate new and innovative ideas for effective implementation of project activities and sharing among the team members as well as different stakeholder levels.
∎ Develop a good relationship; maintain liaison and advocacy with different government and NGO officials to ensure different services for the target population.
∎ Take initiatives for smooth operation at (Local Rights Program) LRP level consulting with LRP, program units (SPs), and functions (CS, finance, HROD, communication unit) of AAB.
∎ Share the update (messages, information, policies, instructions, etc.) properly among the staff.
∎ Assist the internal and the external team to visit the program as per policy.
∎ Check bills and vouchers of project expenditure as per financial policy of USS and AAB.
∎ Provide support to the procurement committee of (Local Rights Program) LRP-52 to maintain all procurement under (Local Rights Program) LRP-52 to ensure procurement policy.
∎ Provide oversight for the maintenance and proper use of all kinds of project materials and resources and keep the register/inventory.
∎ Support finance and administrative staff to ensure and maintain the proper documentation like attendance register, movement register, logbook, motorcycle register, fixed assets, stock register etc.
∎ Support to the external and internal audit team on financial activities consulting with finance focal of AAB.
∎ Conduct the staff appraisal as per HRD policy.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by ActionAid Bangladesh.
∎ Planning, supervision, implementation, and evaluation of urban focused community-based programme interventions on LRP.
∎ Understanding program planning and budget, M&E, reporting system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Confidence, interpersonal and representational skills and strong facilitation skills.
∎ Minimum 3 (three) years of practical experiences in development activities.
∎ Experience on used of various type monitoring tools for impact assessment.
∎ Willing to drive motor cycle and should have valid driving license.
∎ Good communication skill in English - both oral and written.
∎ Communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
∎ Have sound knowledge about FD-6, FD-2 & FD-3.
∎ Strong team building and capacity building skills.
∎ Computer skills on Microsoft Office Package.

Salary:
∎ TK. 38500/-(Monthly) and others admissible benefits as per organization and project policy.
