Job Context:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) is a Bangladeshi development organization has been working in the public health sector for last 30 years and currently implementing different projects in 24 districts. PHD intends to hire a competent Project Coordinator (PC) for one of its emergency responses projects in Cox`s Bazar District.

∎ Job objective: To lead a team of development staff/workers/volunteers to execute SRHR project both in host and FDMN communities. Incumbent will be accountable to plan, implement and monitoring the project with close cooperation of the stakeholders (government, local government and donor) to achieve desired results of the project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Implementation of Adolescent and Sexual Reproductive health project independently
∎ Establish activity tracking, monitoring and supervision mechanism align with project's record keeping and reporting mechanism
∎ Management and oversee field activities of approximately 600 field staff and large number CHWs and volunteers
∎ Coordinate field activities with adequate directives and supervision guidelines (checklists, reporting format and guidance)
∎ Collaboration with project's stakeholders organizing meetings, workshops and seminars including government and local government organizations
∎ Seek advices, supports and assistance from donor counterparts as and when necessary
∎ Produce monthly, quarterly (qualitative and quantitative) and yearly reports in time on predetermine and agreed templet
∎ Support project staff with on-the-job and hands-on training to keep them competent to achieve desired results;

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of experiences in the implementation of reproductive health and nutrition project (s);
∎ Demonstrative experiences of Leading project(s) from the top and experiences of managing large number of human resources.
∎ Understanding on Health System from District to bellow level,
∎ Experiences in engaging LGIs in health and nutrition sectors in programme development and implementation,
∎ Experiences in using diversified tools and techniques for Community mobilization and SBCC,
∎ Well conversant with SRH, GBV and gender issues;
∎ Well conversant with English language and ability to produce quality reports
∎ Team building and working in demanding situation
∎ Ability to work in demanding situation

Salary: Tk. 120000 - 130000 (Monthly)
