Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Masters' in Social Science + MPH with 5 years experiences in SRH interventions
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and guide a large staff members and volunteers for effective implementation of the project.
∎ Prepare project Implementation Plan (PIP) with reflecting pathway to achieve timebound indicators leading to achieve project objectives;
∎ Distribution of tasks to all staff according to job portfolio and necessary logistics necessary to perform vested duties and responsibilities;
∎ Responsible for quality implementation establishing monitoring mechanism including supportive supervisory systems, information tracking system and produce monthly and quarterly reports;
∎ Work closely with the relevant government functionaries, Camp Authorities especially 'office of the Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner', SRH working group, local government organisations and UNFPA counterparts for effective coordination, planning, implementation and monitoring.
∎ Ensure quality of product and value for money.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working in higher positions in community-based health and social mobilization project is preferable.
Salary: Tk. 85000 (Monthly)
