Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purpose of the position:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) is going to implement USAID's 'Strengthening Multi Sectoral Nutrition Program' managed by Family Health International (FHI). The project is implementing in 6 districts of Khulna and Barisal Divisions. PHD intends to hire a competent, experienced and qualified Project Coordinator (PC) to lead a working team of 225 staff.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and guide a large professional team for effective implementation of Strengthening Multi Sectoral Nutrition Program'.
∎ Prepare project Implementation Plan (PIP) with reflecting pathway to achieve time bound indicators leading to achieve project objectives;
∎ Distribution of tasks to all staff according to job portfolio and necessary logistics necessary to perform vested duties and responsibilities;
∎ Responsible for quality implementation establishing monitoring mechanism including supportive supervisory systems, information tracking system and produce monthly and quarterly reports;
∎ Work closely with the relevant government functionaries, local government organisations, technical partners and FHI and make effective coordination for planning, implementation and monitoring.
∎ Ensure quality of product and value for money
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working closely with government functionaries, local government institutions, private and non-government organisations.
∎ Proven skills in project management, team management, HR management, administration and financial and budget management,
∎ Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload
∎ Ability to contribute to develop a proactive team, working collaboratively with colleagues and support as necessary
∎ Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and web browsing
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Written and verbal skills in both Bengali and English
Salary: Tk. 93766 (Monthly)
