Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in International Relations, Peace and Conflict Studies, Criminology, Development Studies or relevant discipline from Social Sciences from any recognized university. Any third division/class/CGPA less than 2.5 in academic career is not eligible.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the project team on right way to implement project activities in time.
∎ Prepare monthly work-plan and coordinate to done the action as per plan.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and final report and milestones of the project as per donor requirements and formats.
∎ Provide support to the higher management in decision making
∎ Ensure overall implementation of the project activities according to work plan and budget.
∎ She is responsible for preparing the program schedule.
∎ She is responsible for organizing the project orientation, workshop designing meeting, group discussions and small engaging meetings.
∎ She is responsible for preparing presentations on Preventing Violence Extremism (PVE)
∎ She is responsible for preparing topics/handout for project orientation, workshop designing meeting, group discussion and small engaging meetings.
∎ Present the findings and recommendation in group discussions and small engaging meetings.
∎ She is responsible for translating Bengali documents in English.
∎ Oversee overall administrative and financial management of the project.
∎ Supervise routine works of all the project staff.
∎ Maintain liaison with donor, facilitators, note takers, target influential women and other related stakeholders.
∎ Organizing monthly staff meeting and any other need based meeting.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of required documents, activities and reports of project as per project plan and milestones.
∎ Responsible for implementing and following instructions of the project on time.
∎ Any other job assigned by the project authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum three years working experience with development field in relevant position. Working experience with influential women will get priority.
∎ Ability to work with government and development partners
∎ Ability to work independently in a team and the community
∎ Adequate knowledge social structures of Bangladesh
∎ Strong administrative, management and motivational skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and communicational skill
∎ Good oral and written communication skill in both Bangla and English.
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint and MS Excel)
