Job Context:
∎ Project : JJS- Forecast based early action supported by Save the Children in Bangladesh
∎ Assignment period : March-June 2021
∎ Closing Date : 5 pm, Thursday, 04 March 2021
∎ Base :Mongla and Sarankhola/Bagerhat

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to Executive Director.
∎ Oversee and managing project and ensure successful implementation meeting the goals and objectives.
∎ Guide and support subordinates as necessary making program objective level success.
∎ Image building of JJS to all pertinent organization and personnel to create positive notion and support.
∎ Prepare program monitoring plan and ensure its implementation in collaboration with monitoring unit/ person.
∎ Ensure timely and quality program reports and deliverables.
∎ Maintain linkage and liaison with stakeholders, and project participants.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate donor visit making sure their visits objectives are well met.
∎ Any other assignment by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in Humanitarian work management.
∎ Working experience in disaster is preferable
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent Report writing in English, Computer and communication skills, Interest in nonprofit work.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
