Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare of and ensure monthly / quarterly plans & budget.
∎ Guided quality benchmark of program operation of mobile training center (MTC) and digital training Hub.
∎ Coordination with organizations relevant developments programs.
∎ Attend different Go-NGO sponsored coordination meeting.
∎ Ensuring quality of process documentation and assist to data/information collection.
∎ Attend supervisory support to quality M&E implementation, Program / Field visit and provide feedback.
∎ Ensure overall reporting and documentation including completion report of the project / program / events.
∎ Disseminate the policies and compliances of donor and organization.
∎ Support financial planning and reporting and support accounts and admin section in financial and logistics management.
∎ To work in team, to be non-discriminatory and gender sensitive.
∎ Understanding the child protection.
∎ Understanding of the PSEA policy.
∎ Understanding of rights based / Child rights programming.
∎ Understanding of youth rights / Youth rights programming.
∎ Knowledge & skill to analyzing Human rights and Child Rights situation in the global, national and local level.
∎ Knowledge & skill to analyzing Youth Rights situation in the global, national and local level.
∎ Working knowledge of MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and excellent in verbal & written communication skills both Bengali & English.
∎ Ability to organize workshop/ Training/ Meeting/ Orientation/ Job Fair for community based groups and different stockholders, Youth and job sinkers.

∎ Project Duration: 30 November 2025 (With possibility of extension based on Performance and availability of fund)
∎ BITA (Bangladesh Institute of Theatre Arts) a non-governmental organization has been administering development initiatives focusing human rights, cultural upliftment and poverty alleviation since 1994.
∎ The basis of development intervention in BITA is rights based approach. BITA has sequentially developed an empowerment process which starts its journey from building relationship with communities through communication, support them with rising of their awareness level, facilitating them in transforming their trust into internalization capacity to visualize self-development, make them confident to become actor from observer. Following the Rohingya’s influx in Bangladesh, BITA has set up a technical skills program in the host community, in Cox’s Bazar district (Ramu and Cox’s Bazar Sadar).
∎ The scope of BITA is looking a suitable candidate for the post of Project Coordinator of the project staffs of the program titled Accenture Youth Employability Skills GG8 (Skills to Succeed) Project funded by Save the Children for Host Community at Ramu & Cox’s Bazar Sadar, in Cox’s Bazar District.
∎ Job responsibilities:
