Job Context:
∎ BITA is looking for suitable candidates of the below-mentioned posts under the program titled "Joining Forces for Child Protection in Emergencies (JF-CPiE) Project " to be implemented in support with Plan International Bangladesh, funded by GFFO. The project working locations cover Host community of Ukhiya upazila, Teknaf upazila and Rohingya community in Cox`s Bazar District.
∎ Project : Joining Forces for Child Protection in Emergencies (JF-CPiE)
∎ Job Location: Ukhiya & Teknaf (Refugee camps & Host Community) in Cox`s Bazar District.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years working experiences in the relevant field including 3 years in management or supervisory position. Experience of working on community based child protection and livelihood component will get priority
∎ Capacity of developed different development instruments of process development, training module & program guideline.
∎ Strong communication & facilitation skills work with local administration & negotiation capacity.
∎ Direct working experience as project lead/head which have directly implemented in Host & Rohingya Community under Ukhiya and Teknaf upazilas
∎ Excellent community skill in English is required.
∎ Ability to develop child protection based material development for community.
∎ Strong It skills, including MS ward Excel, power point etc & capacity of staff development.

Salary:
∎ BDT= 82,000/= Only, all inclusive)
