Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Development Studies (MDS), Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Arts (MA) in Mass Communication & Journalism
∎ Master degree in Mass Communication, Social Science, Development Studies, or any relevant subject from any recognized university. Education qualification might have relaxations against the working experience with Host Community & Rohingya community.

Job Context:
∎ Project: Strengthening and expanding community protection mechanisms and resilience to support the well-being of vulnerable children and wider populations affected by the Rohingya crisis
∎ BITA is looking a suitable candidate for the post of Project Manager under the program titled Strengthening and expanding community protection mechanisms and resilience to support the well-being of vulnerable children and wider populations affected by the Rohingya crisis Project funded by Save the Children Korea for Host Community & Rohingya community in Cox`s Bazar District.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capacity of developed different development instruments of process development, training module & program guideline.
∎ Direct working experience with Rohingya camp based administration and culture. Communication experiences with local level private/public service organizations.
∎ Strong communication & facilitation skills work with local administration & negotiation capacity.
∎ Working experience on child protection system strengthening and community mobilization at host community.
∎ Strong understanding on Bangladesh Government Children Act - 2013 and UNCRC
∎ Skills and experience on preparing quality narrative project reports.
∎ Excellent community skill in English is required.
∎ Strong IT skills, including MS word, Excel, power point etc. & capacity of staff development.
∎ Sound knowledge on child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh specially Child Safeguarding & PSEA Issue.
∎ As per the PSEA &Child Safeguarding policy of this organization you will be 'zero tolerance' for any anti-harassment, financial corruptions, money laundering, gender base violence, Issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years project coordination and managerial experiences, on Child protection project implementation.
∎ Qualified female are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 68,276 (All Inclusive)
