Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in social science and other relevant disciplines with minimum 5 years experiences in relevant field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in programme management, financial management and team building.
∎ Monitoring and reporting budget expenditure ensuring value for money.
∎ Produce quality report for internal and external audiences.
∎ In-depth knowledge on DRR, CCA, Resilience, right based approach, community development model.
∎ Clear understanding on power dynamics of social, economical and gender context from community to national level.
∎ Sound knowledge on national and international development priorities like SDGs, Seventh Fifth Year Plan, Vision 2021, etc.
∎ Good communication, facilitation, presentation and representation skills.
∎ Strong understanding on gender issues and experience in integrating it into the programme practice.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, decision making and multi-tasking.
∎ Working skills both oral and writing in English.
∎ Skills in Ms-word, Ms-excel, PowerPoint and email communication.
∎ Capacity to take appropriate initiatives, collaboration and networking for influencing government agencies to translate the commitment of national and international framework, treaty and declarations into reality.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 48000 (Monthly)
