  • This position offers a unique opportunity for immersive community engagement, requiring frequent travel to the Rohingya camps. A flexible approach is essential, as the role may occasionally involve weekend work to ensure the timely and impactful delivery of our services.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context : The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading the field-level management and implementation of the Advancing SRHR for Girls and Women Project in Cox’s Bazar Rohingya camps and host community. The position holder will ensure that project activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with organizational and donor standards. The role involves supervising field staff, coordinating with stakeholders, training, ensuring compliance, and contributing to improved sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) for adolescent girls and women in both Rohingya and host communities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day implementation of all project activities within the refugee camps.

  • Provide technical guidance and operational support to field staff, community volunteers, and partner organisation.

  • Ensure all project activities are inclusive, gender-sensitive, and culturally appropriate for the community.

  • Represent the organisation at camp-level coordination meetings, forums, and with government authorities and community leaders.

  • Prepare and submit timely progress reports, success stories, and case studies for management and donors.

  • Support monitoring and evaluation efforts by ensuring accurate data collection and documentation of beneficiaries and outputs.

  • Monitor project expenditures and support budget management to ensure alignment with planned activities.

  • Oversee field logistics, procurement, and resource allocation in coordination with support teams.

  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, gender equality, and child protection in all project activities.

  • Ensure strict adherence to organisational policies, donor regulations, and humanitarian principles.
