Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities include (not limited to)
∎ Ensure high quality project implementation in accordance with donor and AAB policies, regulations and accountability framework, as well as in line with agreed log frames/indicators, budgets, procurement plans, workplans and M&E plans.
∎ Provide supervision of day-to-day project management at SSWG and Camp level of Protection and GBV programme for women and girls leadership development
∎ Initiate to prevention, response and mitigation of GBV & protection risks within the refugee community populations.
∎ Conduct assessment on GBV protection needs also prioritize for plan of actions to response protection problems of specific GBV & protection.
∎ Regular attend in Camp coordination meeting as a GBV and Protection focal on behalf of the organization
∎ Assist to develop SOPs ensure practice in GBV programming in GBV prevention, GBV response GBV response, GBV case management, GBV risk mitigation, GBV referral systems, Do No Harm to implementation of project activities.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly progress report, donor report, sitrep report, case study
∎ Conduct field monitoring, FGD, data collection, information management as per need of AAB and sectors.
∎ Prepare and maintain/update detailed project specific work plan(s) to ensure that stated goals and objectives are met within the overall grant timeline and budget.
∎ Assist in financial reporting, monitor monthly budget expenditure, budgeting for all women and adolescent leadership development project
∎ Liaise with relevant departments, sector, actors such as Site management, CiC secretariat, local leaders Logistics, Finance-Administration, Human Resources and to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the projects.
∎ Conduct project monitoring at field level in accordance with project implementation guidelines and standard of GBV Sub-Sector as well as ensure quality implementation to ensure that services provided are according to international best practice standards Prepare timely and accurate donor and management reports on GBV projects.
∎ Work closely with Manager GBV & protection, Protection lead to develop quality proposals, concept notes and budgets.
∎ Staff Management & Capacity Development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in GBV & Protection, VAW including two years working experience in Rohingya Response context.
∎ At least 2 years relevant experience in national or International Development Organization.
∎ Required Competencies
∎ Clear understanding of GBV & Protection, Women and adolescent leadership development, adolescent reproductive health Rights, technical skills building for livelihood, life skill education, human rights, issues surrounding violence against women and girls.
∎ Experience working in emergency responses targeting vulnerable women and girls in Rohingya camp., field coordination, camp coordination
∎ Must be willing to regular camp movement, work evenings/weekend hours / extended working hours as necessary and be on call to respond to emergencies.
∎ Knowledge of the local languages spoken in the operation
∎ Strong computer competencies MS office, excel, Internet, email)
∎ Strong skills in report writing, documentation, presentation and teamwork, problem solving & decision making, staff management
