Experience:
Master’s degree in social science, Economics, Development Studies, or relevant subjects.
Experience:
At least 6 years relevant work experience in international organizations with proven track record in working on migration and development in Bangladesh.
Proven track record in manging partner organisations and establish collaboration with civil society networks, public and private sector institutions and building their capacities.
Strong understanding on project cycle management and project administration.
Strong understanding of governance challenges, GSE, HRBA and CSPM approaches.
Experience in strategic planning, design and implementation of activities partnerships environment, and coordination with different team within the same organisation.
Demonstrated skills of designing and facilitation of training for diverse actors including CSO representatives, government functionaries and coaching filed programme staffs.
Proven ability to work under strict deadlines, with a strong track record of being highly organized, efficient, and results oriented.
Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal abilities, with a particular capacity to listen attentively and provide sound advice.
Skills:
Experience of working in fragile context.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Highly diplomatic with strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated skills in report writing, drafting knowledge document.
Demonstrated competences of taking initiatives and managing tasks independently.

Project Coordinator - Access to Justice
We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator – Access to Justice for the Strengthened and Informative Migration System (SIMS) project, based in Dhaka. Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate partner organizations, strengthen institutional capacities, and promote safe migration and access to justice for migrants and their families. The role requires strong skills in partnership management, budget oversight, and innovative approaches to advance sustainable migration systems.
The key responsibilities for this role may include the following but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing multiple partner organisations for effective implementation of project activities for promoting safe migration and access to justice for migrants and their families.
Provide guidance to project managers of partner organizations for day-to-day activities to advance institutionalizations of interventions related to strengthened safe migration process and accessing justice by migrants and their families.
Develop proposals and contemporary approaches for promoting access to safe migration information and accessing justice.
Support partners to review activity plan and budgets and to provide feedback to make them suitable for strengthened migration systems in line with SIMS results framework.
Responsible for partners’ budget implementation including supervise, monitor and approve partner organisations’ expenses related to the project and oversee compliances.
Provide feedback/comments to the documents including concept note, periodic reports to be shared by the partners.
Strengthen the capacity of the selected actors including PNGOs and government functionaries, UPs as well as system actors towards strengthening safer migration process and legal service for migrant and their families.
Introduce innovative method and approaches and train the partners to deliver the project in line with local context and aligning with overall project’s goals.
Support partners to link field level intervention with overall project’s results framework and theory of change.
Identify opportunity where SIMS would have a great interest, re- improving migration systems, and to take necessary initiative to translate them into action in consultation with Project Director.
Support partners in context analysis including gender and social inclusion, for identifying opportunities and entry points for institutionalisation of project intervention.
Facilitate skills referral and promotion in collaboration with private and public training service providers.
Participate in relevant internal and external meetings, share knowledge and contribute to identify entry points for improved migration systems.
Work as the first contact point for managing partners and facilitate coordination amongst them.
Identify challenges and to report back to the Project Director.
Compile project progress and share with team members.
Establish coordination and collaboration with public and private institutions, think-tanks CSOs platform working for/ with migrants and their families.
Facilitate partners to develop strategic plans and workplans that encourage collective actions to address governance challenges in migration cycle.
Provide direct support to partners to identify the blockages and support in devising mitigation plan through regular participatory review.
Establish network for referring to cases/complaints of aggrieved migrants and their families.
Integrate GSE, HRBA, CSPM and good governance principles and approaches in all project interventions.
Establish relation with market actors and facilitate market system development for sustaining the project interventions.
Identify and suggest issues with improvement of migration systems.
Develop knowledge management products in collaboration with MEAL Lead and Advocacy expert.
Any other tasks that management assigns related to the role profile.
We offer you: A short-term employment contract up to 31 December 2025 with a monthly consolidated salary in the range of BDT 220,000 - 320,000/- CTC (may vary based on experience and current remuneration), along with other admissible benefits, such as Mobile Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Seniority Bonus, Medical Insurance with health and life coverage, Annual leave of 25 days, Sick leave of 15 days and excellent opportunities for professional development.
