Responsible for:
Ensure daily quality implementation, monitoring, and Support.
Incorporate a survivor/client-centered approach in all center activities.
Respond to basic administrative duties in the program.
Activities:
Work with the team to ensure accurate reporting and timely communication of any trends that require follow-up.
Proactively liaise with finance, logistics, HR/admin and security to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
Keep an updated database of relevant information, including: Field Staff Requisition Tracking, Purchase Request (PR) Tracking.
Develop monthly distribution lists for all supported facilities to be submitted in a timely manner to the Senior/Program Officer for approval before forwarding to logistics.
Maintain logistic documents for respective sectors.
Liaise to follow up re: staffing changes and documentation required for HR processes (including documentation, IDs, photographs required for BI check, mobile bill list for staff etc.)
Keep tracking and maintaining the leave status of program staff.
Preparing sheets and proofreading documents used in the program.
Ensure daily quality implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Gender-based violence- related projects and interventions.
Engage with the community and community representatives to understand needs and gaps in Gender-based violence programming.
Assess the knowledge and utilization of health and other services available for survivors of GBV.
Assist in arranging meetings and training by arranging venues, stationery, etc. as requested by the Program Manager/Program Coordinators.
Skill and Competencies:
Educational Requirements:
Degree/Honors in relevant field (In Course)
Training/ course in sociology, anthropology, gender studies, social work, humanitarian aid, or related field;
Minimum of two years' experience working with vulnerable communities, basic needs and social service experience, and/or advocacy programs.
Experience in GBV/protection interventions
Experience of working with Non-Governmental organizations or local governmental authorities.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
Good organizational and management skills.
Fluency in Bangla & Chittagonian Highly Desirable
