Job Context:
∎ The creators of VHL Ltd. It has been serving the need of North American Real Estate construction, preservation & development in association with our sister companies in North America since 2001, now setting their footprints here in Bangladesh.
∎ Working Hours: 7 pm to 4 am (Night Shift Only).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and determine eligibility of potential contractors to hire for the company.
∎ Assign WO to contractors in a timely manner and communicate effectively with Business Analysts to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Achieving all the KPI of respective territory.
∎ Innovate and implement ideas for efficiency, productivity and ensure continuous business development.
∎ Drive analysis and processing tasks in accordance with the company's growth vision and organization goal.
∎ Relationship management with US customers and vendors.
∎ Meeting targets and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ The prospective employees will be responsible for performing duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good communication skills, research ability in English with excellent spelling, grammar, pronunciation and analytical ability. North American accent is preferred, but not mandatory, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Responsible and Self-motivated with having ability to work within time constraints.
Salary:
