∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare MRF, MRR, CS, TMRR, MTN, and send to Head office as per procedure.
∎ MRR to be prepared after ensuring the quantity and quality of materials received and obtain approval from the project Manager / project Engineer. Faults / defects found are to be stated on the MRR.
∎ Obtain Purchase Order from Procurement Depart. Reconcile this with approved MRF and file it in respective material's file.
∎ Maintain Gate Pass for material issued from Project as per rules.
∎ Maintain store ledger with the proper entry of MRR, CS, MTN and TMRR
∎ Prepare Monthly and fortnightly Assignments like- Monthly Stock Report, Fortnightly residue material report & outstanding MRF report.
∎ To check the material in and out register regularly
∎ To ensure the labor bill payment after approval of that bill
∎ To collect the any material from other project for emergency support (if required) as per approved the procedure.
∎ To ensure proper recording of inter project transfer material as per procedure
∎ Maintain close liaison with supply Chain Management and Engineering and follow up procurement of critical items.
∎ Review the stock of items used regularly and raises purchase requisition in time providing required lead time.
∎ Receive materials as per MRF and PO specification after confirming quantity & quality.
∎ Store materials with proper lock and key and ensure safety and security.
∎ Preserve Store room key.
∎ Ensure adequate Safety Stock level of materials storage.
∎ Minimize the wastage of materials and safekeeping of wastage / scrap materials to get maximum use and salvage value with support of the Project In charge
∎ Deal with materials related issues at site in right time and in right way and confirm actual consumption.
∎ Confirm the return quantity after completion of the daily work.
∎ Arrange Physical Inventory together with Head Office Personnel.
∎ Keep Petty cash at site and ensure correctness of expense in accordance with authorized list of expenditure authenticated by Project / Sr. Project Engineer, approved by PM and HOD- Engineering,
∎ Keep the all site asset with proper record and reconcile the balance at the end of each month.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 04 to 05 years of experience in similar position
∎ Practical Experience of operating ERP & other Inventory/material management related software.
∎ Good accounting and inventory management skills
∎ Can work under pressure
∎ Possesses pleasant personality
∎ Maintains strong ethics
∎ Can work independently
∎ Strong communications skills
∎ Good computer / MS Office skills
